Military Service    IS THIS TRUE OR ANOTHER RUMOUR???!??? In May 2008, Super Junior Dong Hae,Eun Hyuk, Kang In, Ki Bum, Lee Teuk,Sung Min, Ye Sung will begin their military service in an army division located in Gangwon-do Province.Slightly younger in age than that of the average person to enter the military, it has been decided that HeeChul work in the public welfare sector during his service, that is set begin with training on May 15, in Gangwon-do Province. After finishing his training, Hee Chul will serve in a public welfare center located in Songpa-gu, Seoul for approximately 26 months. Dong Hae, Eun Hyuk, Kang In, Ki Bum, Lee Teuk, Sung Min, Ye Sung will start off their service with a 3~4 day series of medical exams and then move on to five weeks of basic training in the Chuncheon area. Tohoshinki to be drafted into the military
According to a lot of fan sites, Yunho from Tohoshinki has received a letter requesting him to render compulsory military service in Korea as most males ages 19-22 (of Korean nationality) will face in the country.
The 5-unit all-male group originated from Korea under SM Entertainment now has moved to Japan under the Rhythm Zone label (avex group) and has enjoyed a big fandom in East Asia, doing concerts in countries like Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
This wasn't the first time a Korean male celebrity was drafted into the military. The R&B group in Korea, G.O.D., had been drafted more than a year ago and has disbanded ever since. Shinhwa, another all-male group also from SM Entertainment had also been requested to serve but will enlist on 2008.
There have been reports that SM Entertainment will find a way to move the start of the service to 2 years from now as starting the service now might prove detrimental to the group. The group is set to have their first concert in Thailand on December 15th and Xiah Junsu, one of the members, is busy with the Anyband concert in Korea this November 27th. Anyband is the newest ad campaign by Anycall, a mobile service carrier in Korea famous for having famous music stars as endorsers for their mobile carrier service. Some of these stars include BoA, Jin Bora, Tablo of Epik High, etc.
It has been discussed that if ever one of the members of TVXQ will have to render military service, the group plans to sign-up together. Some fans have also said that "Hero" Jaejoong, another member of the group, might not be required to render service because of a rule exempts the 'only sons' of Korean families.

 Super Junior Begins China-Indonesia-Japan-Philippines Promotional Tour The 11 members of Super Junior (counting out Hee Chul and Kyu Hyun) are arranged for an interview regarding the opening of their official english website and album promotional tour in Indonesia, Japan and Philippines in January 2008. Due to complications with the management company, they were restrained from foreign promotions for a short while which are supposed to run last month due to adverse complications, but has plans to begin actively promoting their new album in Indonesia, Japan and Philippines in January. In addition, Super Junior will be in China first later this month for an event helping sick patients, who are fans of them. Although the management has been declining all promotional event requests, it is confirmed that they decided to attend this event since it is to help sick patients, and not simply another fan meeting. Contrary to Super Junior's intentions, they received a lot of misunderstanding due to a number of complications including the recent MBC versus Kang In gap had to bring all the group's overseas promotional activities to a halt. The Elves launch war on SM   600 dedicated Elves gathered in front of SM office in Apku-jung again to protest the formation of the subgroup, Super Junior-China and adding Henry, the talented violinist to the mega group. SM hasn’t released an official statement concerning the manner, but they prepared for the Elves battle by securing 100 Kangnam police officers nearby. I’m not surprised that these crazy fangirls are overreacting to SM’s plans for Super Junior, but I was somewhat impressed with their rational plan of action. They received legal clearance for their protest and they announced that they will boycott SM’s products in the future. In addition, they plan to create “Super Junior has only 13 members” propaganda online. Regardless of these protests, SM should go on with their original plan because Super Junior badly needs talent in their group, but what do you think? really talented obviously, if you go and watch his audition vid that he
sent in. He was recruited last year by SM, in their global audition or
whatever thing. One of the only ones who did. I was really surprised
that he is debuting this fast. He is originally from Taiwan, but is
pretty white washed and can't speak much Chinese. haha, but he has good
english. He's from toronto, Canada. Also a 1989er.
        that's his audition vid sent to SM, and of course he performed as
well.. he was the only one that was told to stay and meet LSM after his
audition. The only one picked from Canada, i think. I THINK Sm wanted
to do a group where, all the talent from each country would form? but,
at first, they wanted him to go solo. He didn't say anything about
that, just told me to wait. -.-" and see... but he's definitly NOT in

The event organiser in China have ruined the boys' reputation by making them turn up about about 2 hours late to the event but only allowed them to appear for 10 min afterwards to meet the fans, who have waited for at least a couple of hours before seeing their appearance. Some of the fans didn't even end up geting an autograph before the event ends. The China fans haven't seen them for 3 years and were devastated and naturally many of them cried on the spot. Jaejoong felt really bad and guilty of seeing the fans acting this way and couldn't help tearing up a bit as well (he didn't CRY)     cr: bestiz + soompi

Korean top idol group [TVXQ]'s member Hero JaeJoong was highly voted as the 'Most Gorgeous Male On Earth' by China's net-pal with his smooth skin and gorgeous looks,beating Jerry Yan from [Meteor Garden]. Another member of the group, U-Know YunHo came in third for the votings. It's no wonder [TVXQ] is being called the most good looking male group.
"The Most Gorgeous Male" voting campaign was being held in order to commemorate the lauching of [Meteor Garden 2] in China. The voting campaign started off on the 9th of July and lasted for a month. Earlier, the broadcasting station [Star World] in China had selected 80 gorgeous male artists recognised by the whole world to participate in the voting campaign, and JaeJoong had won 4180 thousand votes from the people in China as being the most gorgeous looking male.
There are some net-pal saying that, JaeJoong is the prettiest male on earth. There's also net-pal from Vietnam saying that JaeJoong is also recognised as the no.1 most gorgeous mal in Vietnam. As for the Thai fans,"I've also voted my sacred vote for JaeJoong, Young Woong JaeJoong who is a male prettier than a female HWAITING!" TVXQ will be holding a conert in Taipei's ZhongSan Soccer Stadium on the 5th and 6th of October. The boys will also be arriving in Taiwan tomorrow to help promote their ticket. On the 23rd, they will be having a press conference in YuanDong Hotel. They are estimated to be having a "stamping" meeting (?) (*NOTE:no idea how I should translate it,but I think it's when the boys stamp their signature rather then signing them*) around 6pm at Taipei's International Convention Center's Conference Hall,there are sure to be interesting performances by the boys then.
